1. Eligibility
Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Returns that do not meet these criteria will be sent back to you.
2. Process
To initiate a return, please access your profile or contact our support team with your order number. You will receive a prepaid shipping label via email within 24 hours.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We offer one free exchange per order for size or color adjustments, subject to stock availability. Direct exchanges are processed immediately once the return label is scanned.
